Does anyone know of a way to convert the intens chain tersioning bar that comes on th eHusky 335 to a good old fashioned chain tightening system?

That darn intense thing drives me nuts!

Well, to be blunt - yes, the darn thing sucks!

Rocky,

Are they standard Husky parts? If it is that easy I am on the phone first think tomorrow morning!

Thanks!

The Husky climb saws still come with the Intenz system, and have never offered side adjustment.....I don't like it, but use the bar till it's worn out, then add an adjuster from an old saw. As I just got another 335 Cali, I'll soon need to buy an adjuster. Plus, I sold that one to my Saturday sub buddy, so now must call Bailey's back and get another---they had nine left, and that's it. Then the 338 Cali's will replace them, and they will likely be the same as the 338, which are dogs!

You need to get 1-501 81 92 01 / 1-501 45 27 02 / 1-501 45 41 01.

Thank you kindly for all the input.

Will from Bailey's has also provided the same part number along with the prices, and I am calling tomorrow to order them. It looks like roughly 8 bucks in parts - nothing to end the misery of that darn intenz bar...

Bailey's rocks!:D

The Intenz bar can be used with a standard saw tensioner. Retract the rack fully into the bar, then you can use it with a standard saw tensioner.
