For the record, I wasn't trying to challeng anyone for the saw, just saying that if for whatever reason the saw became available I'd like to buy it.

I'm glad it worked out for you and I'm sure you'll enjoy the saw, 372's are very nice:)

Hi Guy's

Sorry for the mix up. I did get several Emails right after posting the saw for sale. My Reply was the same to all who Emailed me (I would let them know later in the day). Shipping was the issue that concerned me, this is why I wanted to wait it out. As luck would have it Mike was the first local person to respond. Skwerl, I thought it was you that had Emailed me. The Email I recieved did come before your reply to my post. I hope there are no hard feeling about this issue.

Take Care Everyone,

Dale

Skwerl, I read your post again. I would not have been able to send pictures of the saw. I don't have a digital camera, perhaps the sale would not have worked out anyway since I had no pic's to offer.

Take Care
Dale

Ok, I just checked my Email record and the first to contact me was a member named Keeth. I had assumed that Keeth was actually Skwerl, my fault.

The 1st post says $300 OBO. I take this to mean the bidding starts at 300 and goes up or down from there. With that said I dont think mike was out of line at all.
Thanks Ben.
That's how I took the post, OBO (or best offer). And being the stand up guy I am, I still offered it to Brian.

but if someone is going to snipe this saw away from you it shouldn`t be for a lousy dollar. Russ

The bigger issue was saving him the shipping hassles and expense. And dealing with somebody in person is much better, there won't be any issues of the saw not being up to snuff and then returning it or whatever.

You never know what you'll find when you meet another AS member, but Dale turned out to be a real nice guy. Glad to have met him.

Thanks Mike, it was a pleasure meeting you as well.

Mike, I`m glad that a decent guy got the saw but it sure looked like Boston Bull and KF_tree all over again.

BTW, timberwerks already has a stellar reputation for the way that he has respresented the other saws that he has sold. Too bad that you knew that.

Very cool. Good luck with your new saw.

I almost forgot. I was serious, I would have paid him $400 in a heart beat for the saw.
