My very humble guess is a 266 or 268.

I would guess a 266XP......not a 268 as it has the older two piece ign, but it does sport a later (268/272) clutch cover/brake

266xp? It was made in Slovania so the serial number is no help (that I know of). As mentioned above, the original metal loop brake was likely swapped for the later brake at some point.

Was just looking on the Sweden collectors site. They show the 266 XP Slovania ones with plastic brake handles. Couple of them posted there.

Slovenian built 266XP. Just like the others I seen from there. Here is another.

and another, so is par for those with that muffler. Almost looks like someone added a different inner deflector on this one.

Found it in the barn where I grew up. Definitely not a frankensaw. My dad’s idea of a mod would be putting on a new chain. I figured the muffler would be recognizable to someone. Thanks guys

IMO just grey that is sun faded to whitish. Had a 66 choke do that.

I was able to bring the grey back out using color restorer.
