so i take it paris all i have to do is make the exit hole biger then weld on a new bigger diameter pipe...any internal work needed? what size pipe is that? thanks again

I use a UNI-BIT to drill the hole, just so the pipe slips in, and weld it in. It's a 1" pipe.

I don't have problems with junk getting in.

 yeah he can send it to me. and i won't charge him $125 to do it if he wants. can do it right here in the bathroom:rolleyes2: even adding a screen wouldn't cost that much.:ices_rofl:
maybe around you (or just you in particular), the welding shops wouldn't do it. however in most cases they won't have a problem with doing a quick job for a local. even if they charged him $50 bucks it would still be cheaper than one of them 'wojo' shelf queen mufflers he could get off ebay.
here's a thought wojo:
why not put up a vid of your muffler at work over a stock and/or even (gasp!) a run of the mill modded muffler? why not put your claims to the test? and post them in an honest manor here where everybody can see?
$125 bucks!:ices_rofl:

Because I'm not a Sponsor. But you can talk about it all you want! And Honest? you constantly speak of a product you have no experience with as if it were truth. Thanks for all the free press!

I've tried 3 of those woblows modded mufflers in the past. :msp_thumbdn:

I have one word for you RUN as far away from them as you can. Over priced and dont perform as good as a simple hole in front or a deflector on the side.

I've never had one so i have no comment, but i don't see what the advantage over a simple hole would be except maybe more noise.

hmmm, don't think you need to be a sponser to do a comparison between a few mufflers.
whats the matter? not confident in you "product"? seems with all this 'free press', others may be loosing their confidents in it as well.
come on wojo, make with the vid, you have nothing to loose....
or do you?:rolleyes2:

don't have any idea what the cost of shipping would be, but i would do it if you send it my way. free of charge. it'll be done right and work the way it's supposed to work. you tell me if you want a screen in it or not.:)

you know, because without the screen, you'll end up filling the cylinder with junk so bad you won't be able to pull it over, just like all these others who have no spark screen in theirs:laugh:
pm me if you want.

Custom Modified Husqvarna 362, 365, 372, 385, 390xp Ported Chainsaw Muffler | eBay

As Dennis would say...........HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
For chit sakes man......thats half the cost of a port job.
Before I was ever an AS member I remember seeing these outrageous prices for saw mufflers on fleabay. I once sent a comment / question.....but never got a response....Hmmmm.

I work at one of the largest Steel Service Center in Upstate NY and I can tell you that we would be ASHAMED to charge more than $40 for the work I see in that picture. I could TIG circles around the person who welded that!...........AND THATS A FACT....JACK !!

Sorry there are rules that I do honor with regards to the owner of this site. It is a pay to play game. He has one hell of an audience volume and he deserves every penny he gets for advertising. Darrin is a great guy and this is a great site. You have to respect the rules.

And a guy says he has three of something then decides he doesn't like them....that makes a lot of sense...no it doesn't

Adirondackstihl, not here to defend anything, nor argue. You have your right to your opinion. God Bless you for standing up for what you can say. And again, Thanks.

Simple got all 3 at the same time. DUH! All 3 were traded away shortly after testing too because they were total fake fraud BS. One saw ran slower with woblows modded over a stock muffler.

For $250 you can have your saw ported, they also mod the muffler at the same time. Or $125 for a muffler and you must install it yourself?????????? HMMMMMMM

what a cop-out.
you already have a vid on your ebay page, why not put an extra vid there? show them customers what they get for their money.
i guess this shows your 'customers' how you actualy stand behind your product, hide info behind some but kissing and question deflecting. also sounds like you already know that your 'complicated' welding process doesn't work any better than a cheapo sil-fos, braze, mig or tig job. let alone somebody just drilling out a hole and adding a deflector and maybe a screen.
but i guess the question still remains. how much better do they perform over even a stock can?seems you don't want anybody to know.....

so now we know what a port job is actualy worth!:hmm3grin2orange:
porting $125
m.m. $125
man oh man, i hope i see gains out of my porting:msp_ohmy:

The good sponsors of this site are providing a muffler mod. They are not...providing the customer with a new OEM muffler and letting the buyer keep their old muffler.

It should be known that non sponsors are forbidden to speak of their products. Attempting to debate this with me is akin to debating a mute.

And to state that only mufflers modified by the site sponsors or home made drill jobs see gains is very dishonest. Trying to build up the sponsors of the site is a better past time than to bash every non sponsor of the site.

This is the easiest, and most effective muffler mod I've found with the 372's. It does have a tendency to get the wood a bit toasty on long cuts, but its perfectly in line with the exhaust port. Sounds good too. :)

More direct than some, but a far cry from "perfectly inline".

It does look nice and sanitary though.
