Alright, take it easy on me. I'm just a firewood hack so I get heavy handed. This is the 16" 3/8 setup, the chain has a truckload of cutting on it but it was pretty decent. Sugar maple.

Thanks Matt. I had the tank off last week and hit the bearing cup bolts. I will check the cylinder bolts before I run it again or send it out. I expect a decent jump in compression over the next few tanks. Would a 200 psi 350 be crazy? That's a fine looking saw. I wouldn't let it go under 300 personally. That's a lotta work. Very nice.
After a few heat cycles check the head bolts. I've had more than a few come loose.
Thank you. Can't wait to get the next one together. The cylinder is a few oz lighter than this oneShe’s a good looking and good sounding solid firewood saw, and a great price! Nice job, my friend!
What broken find on it lol.Thank you. Can't wait to get the next one together. The cylinder is a few oz lighter than this one
I love the 350 series, after a little practice, they’re my favorite to work on. I’ve lost count of how many I’ve put together or modified over the last 3 or 4 yrs. My sons a professional arborist and he had a beat, worn out 350 carcass he wanted fixed for his ground man saw, I took the challenge and put the 346 OEM topend on it and gave it back to him for a Christmas present. It’s been n service now for 2 yrs without a problem and his groundman grabs it before all the other more modern saws he has at his disposal! I’ve done 2 of them and both came out well, the price on the OEM 346 piston-cylinder kit is hard to beat!Thank you. Can't wait to get the next one together. The cylinder is a few oz lighter than this one
I've got a couple NE jugs around and an OE on the way, with lots of places to put them all. I'm kinda enjoying seeing what I can get from the 350/353 setup right now.I love the 350 series, after a little practice, they’re my favorite to work on.
