Hey all

Quick question about the wire from the heating mechanism at the flywheel.

The wire sits in this little grove, but pops out.

I had to put on a little electrical tape, as it had a little damage to the cable. Due to it popping out, is my guess.

How the heck do I get it seated, so it doesnt pop out all the time?

Any tips?

A little follow up question.

This little orange thingy, part nr. 501 49 27-03 from the IPL.

Where the heck, or how the heck does it sit? - it came off when moving the saw...

See pictures....

any chance you know? @Chevboy0167

Switch cover filler panel. Should snap in place where the switch was for the heated handle maybe????
It surely does look like a panel filler.

But this saw was and has always been a 395xpg - not mine, fixing it up for a friend.
I just don't see a lot of 395s around here, so when this little plastic thingy came out....no idea where to put it back

So to close it out.

This little panel was actually just inside the saw?....and somehow fell out when I flipped the saw over to check it.

Odd.... but this has not seen a lot, if any real service, it its life time.....
