Husqvarna 555 - did they ever do a mark II?

I was wondering, around the time husky switched from all orange to orange and grey, I thought the did a major update revision to it. I thought they changed the crankcase, added a vent to the top cover, and I thought it got a 2nd revision auto tune. But I am not seeing the mark II nomenclature anywhere. Did it ever need or get a mark II yet?

It seems that there is no mk2 for 555 and 565 model...

I completely restored a 550 that arrived in my shop with no compression and looking like this:
After I was through, it looked like this and ran perfectly:

The new owner who "bought" it for nothing in a mess thanked me for saving it. Total cost to him was about $150. Cheers!
