The 1128 is a series number. It could be 044/046/440/460.

You are missing part of the last group digit anyhow.. 1128 791 xxxx

There are only two parts numbers that match the xxxx - 8100 and 1702... both obsolete. What is this - some type of brake handle?

l---53 If I had a picture I do not know how to post it Here is the ebay number 170040628568

He's just taken a random CASTING part number off part of the case or tank.
If you want it, the tank can be made to fit either an 044 or an 046 by simply changing the length of the carb mount studs. If you had the crankcase serial number (top right of case), I can track down the 044 or 046 part.

Assume the crankcase has either a bad crank and/or bearings (might not, but...) and bid accordingly! That was you won't be disappointed.

BTW, assuming you are using Windows, to copy a picture from EBAY, put your cursor on the picture, right click, and use "save picture as". Then you can repost it to AS or wherever

Arrgh! Windows! :D I'm using Mac OS X 10.2.8. On iBook G3 12" 800. Also have my share of linux machines. Old Compaq linux laptop (DSL). couple linux desktops (one running Redhat 9, other Ubuntu). In Windows, if you just want to post a pic here, just right click on the picture (s), and click "copy image location." On Mac, hold ctrl, click the image, and click copy image location.
