i fabbed up a chimney cap

i thought about using stainless but its a pita. plus the chimney is a ways up and a cap that huge would have some weight behind it when i climb to the top of the extention ladder. i did think about hacing it powder coated black but i didnt wanna wait

good idea on the skirt i didnt think about that. thats something i might add later on.

na im no pro but i been doin metal work since i was about 15. been welding fabbing, machining, most recently i been doing cnc. im the guy in the shop that can work in every department. lol not to too my own horn but the only thing i havent done is paint. (which i have done just for myself lol)

Don't sell yourself short...that's beautiful work....I used to do ductwork myself, and I never have done much metal work other than that...welding skills pretty much non-existant, but that's about to change.
