I need to vent.

Well, I was outside this evening cutting, splitting, and stacking wood, watching the sun go down, working in the moonlight, listening to my neighbors milk pump as he works, smelling that sweet smell of a woodstove in the air, and I couldn't contain it. That's why I am here to vent about the blessings in my life. I am so blessed and fortunate to have what I have and enjoy what God has given me, health, a job, productive hobbies, a beautiful wife, a beautiful daughter, another child comming within a week, equipment, a home, land, and a great family. I know many of you guys know where I am comming from. Life isn't always perfect, it wasn't meant to be, but I am always given the strength and motivation to push through. I want to say God is good and I am blessed, may you be also. Thanks for listening.

I know what you mean. I try to count my blessings every day, their not to hard to find once you start looking. Bieng thankful sure makes life sweeter.

Very good indeed I have been going through a "phase" thinking about my life and what I have done in it and I feel pretty good about it!! I also have a wonderful beautiful family and thanks god for them everyday to me they make "life" they are my strength and for that i'm grateful and blessed also. I have raised two boys that are now young men that are well rounded fine examples of men with heads on their shoulders and I have a beautiful energetic 3 yr. old daughter that I will do the same with. My wife and I still tell each other how much we love each other without missing a day so life is good and so is this thread!! God bless us all I am also grateful to be able to get on here and connect with long distance friends and vent too!! Thanks to all irishcountry

I just talked to a guy that had been over seas on a hunting trip to Mongolia and he showed me the pictures of what its like to live over their.... I love my country!!!

I am actually picking up the pipe tomorrow to get the hand pump set up. Otherwise I would be on the pale and rope method

we actually have a 72' hand dug well on on out property. Could you imagine digging a three foot diameter hole 72' deep! They dont make 'em like they used to!
