Identify this Lombard saw?

Hi, can you help me figure out what this is? Runs on prime, seems to have decent compression

Looks similar to an ap42D I see on eBay, but mine has an extra rod on the throttle linkage. So close, but not quite the same

So you are saying it looks like a Homelite XL12 knock off?
If its not the same as an AP42 D, then perhaps its just one of the other same engine size type models- like AP42. AP42-1, AP42SE, AP42AV.
