Well i caught the milling bug, i just ordered an grandberg alaskan mark 4 56". The mark 4 has machined brackets instead of cast ones. Im super excited. Already have a new echo cs800p on the way and working a deal on a big stihl as well. When it all gets here.... NOTHING WILL BE SAFE. lol
Ooh, you caught the Stihl bug again did ya. Better be an 880...

Looks good! How does the 046 compare to the 661 milling? Does it make that much of a difference?
Around a horse power from Stihl stats, but 046 mm'd & dual port cover, 661 muffler empty and seller said cylinder had been ported. Spinning skip chisel each saw put chips at the same distance. True difference wasless percievable since1st 2 cuts were shorter cuts for same length. Changed chain & power head for the full width cuts. 661 may not even be broken in yet while the 046 has about 170# comp according to seller. Too much fun looking to see that fresh grain wet and new never to look the same again.
