Installed My Log Lift This Morning

Someone obviously forgot to teach you manners.

I've been trying to use my kubota to its full potential since I got it, but just keep forgetting that I have new options.
This morning I had a couple of face cords I wanted to get out of the trailer so I slid the smaller ones to the back after loading the larger ones into the bucket. It was a nice change from heaving the large pieces up. It also gave me a nice work table to throw half the log on while working.
Any ideas or tips for this type of a setup.

Btw, that's a good use of dead dinosaurs which obviously wished themselves into existence and then failed to survive evolution. Right?

I love using my tractor for doing things I used to do the hard way. I'll have to check for threads with your winch. Looks like a Uniforest?

"To big to pick up" pieces will get set on the table using the FEL. Im toying with getting a set of log tongs to use to grab pieces rather than use the forks or rolling in the bucket.

I have a set of tongs I have not had much luck with as they don't seem to stay hooked very well.
Let me know if you want to play with them and I will drop the off to you, I'm only about 25 min from you.

Thanks and Ill ponder it. I haven't yet devised a way to employ them, yet. Not sure I want to mount any hooks to the bucket and that would be the easiest way to use them.

Nobody said you had to post here either. You don't like it, move along. But you can't. Then you seem to think you're the enlightened one.

It takes a real moron to look at the sheer complexity of our existence and think it's all by chance. I feel sorry for you. Not that you care, but it's sad that you can't see the masterful execution of our universe for what it is. It's not a fluke. It can't be.

I liked this post both as an acknowledgment of reading it and I partially agree, although I would like you to either remove it or find a different picture for the meme. Also using children like in the other one I feel is not right either would you remove that one also.
I would also challenge any of you guys who call yourselves Christians, men of God, good, and the like to step up to the challenge of removing any condescending comments as I don't believe they have any place here or are helping to encourage anyone to believe. Even comments in regards evolution are out of place in this context, many who believe in God believe in evolution, but although I don't, I will not slander my brother.
How about it MEN anyone willing to be righteous, not right.

Guys please refrain from the jabs and such it's great you want to support me, but unnecessary.
I was having a conversation with a friends when I mentioned the scriptures and they were directed towards no one else.
As well Olympyk was asking me not everyone else.
Please be respectful I started the thread to have a conversation about my new tractor, how I was using it, and was to improve that.
Hopefully we can enjoy what the site is about and not insulting one another as I'm sure we have plenty in common and I would appreciate it if we focused on that in this thread.

Thanks and Ill ponder it. I haven't yet devised a way to employ them, yet. Not sure I want to mount any hooks to the bucket and that would be the easiest way to use them.

I would use a ratchet strap or the type you just pull to change the length.You could also use a short piece of chain hooked to the top back of the bucket or a smaller piece wrapped around a fork if you leave the forks on.
I had a junk snap binder that I cut the hooks off of and welded them to the top of my bucket.
I have found so many uses for them it's crazy, they should be right on the buckets from the factory.
I've skidded tree tops, pulled post, lifted logs just with the bucket, also you can use them to secure logs if you are using a bucket with bolt on forks like I have. Hopefully I can get a nice set like your forks, how do you like those, any advice. You can's see what you are doing with mine and you loose a lot of lifting ability because the weight of the bucket and the load is so far out from the pins.
