went out and cked again 69 dl and the adjuster is about 1/2 used up ,other words don't think it will adjust 70 dl. thanks to all who have answered, found some old stock sabe chain never heard of it but may try it out , need a new sprocket also.

I guess some of the chain size would depend on how many teeth were on the sprocket..

news flash went to look for an air filter cover for my sxl and was shown a super xl big red that I had to take the gas cap off to see if it had been fueled, dead mint condition ,bar as well with big red on it also, yes I bought it and a as new solo 662 with new 28" bar and chain. Has about 300 other antique saws. When I get my breath back going back and look at some of them. What would you think the homelite is worth.20" bar I think would show pictures but don't know how.

I've had both the Big Red and the Blue version of same. Kinda wish I still had them...
