Yesterday I succumbed to peer pressure and bought a new Jonsered 2152. I had been looking for a new limbing saw. After reading many responses on this site, I decided on this saw - also, because of a great dealer close to work. I can't believe that it is still in the PU and not used yet. I guess patience comes with age! If the LOML finds out, I'm blaming YOU! :hmm3grin2orange:

Good saw, hopefully you got it without the Cat - POS......

....personally, I don't use my 353 much after I got the MS361, but actually it could have done all that I need to do.......:rockn: :rockn:

You will really like it I'had one for three or four years. Opening up the muffler does a lot also. Quick. Plenty of power I run 18" .325 semi chisel. 18" is more for reach but it handles oak all right w/sharp chain. What is this saw replacing.

Hi Kenneth,
I have two little saws 011 and Husky 136. I'm giving the 136 to my son as he needs something a couple of times a year for trimming. I wanted something with more grunt and not too much weight. And as I said, there is a great dealer close by. BTW, the manual says not to use synthetic oil in the mix. Do you know why. I presently run Mobil 2T in my 066 milling saw and it seems to do a great job. Curious.
Keep the chips flying,
Kit

I haven't ran any synthetic in my saws. Just haven't really thought about it. But it should be fine there has been a lot of discusion on this site here is one that is cuurent. Synthetic 2-stroke oils?? - ArboristSite.com
