Finally someone else who post pics of the actual work they do! I want one of those saws. A yellow one would be cool. I take squish down to .020" on almost all saws. .025" is still fairly loose but .005 is hardly anything. Crazy the stock squish was that much. Make sure you won't need to trim the extensions too. A lot of saws do need that done when cutting the base.
I don't have a clue about numbers. So the stock numbers were 100 123 74? Higher exhaust doesn't always mean high rpm or power. Some of the stronger saws I've built had exhaust around 105.
