Jonsered 361 bearing looseness

I know all the saw needs to run is a new fuel hose and carb kit, but I noticed there is slop in both the vertical and horizontal axis. Are needle bearings treated differently than roller bearings? THe piston and cylinder look in excellent condition. How much slop is too much?

I have a Husky 35 in the shop and I checked the play for myself.At least
030 side play and probably 015 radial play and it runs fine. Radial play maybe a bigger deal on points ignition saws but I have never run into a TML saw
(361,Husky 35, pioneer P12,frontier fb 35) that would not run due to loose
crank bearings.Tough Little saws,ran better than most of their contemporaries
(Super 2 Homelite,poulan micro 25 Stihl 010) thanks,I believe to piston port
induction and absurdly easy to work on. The ultimate cheap camping saw.

I think the play in this saw is similar. I will fix the fuel issues and see where I end up. I don't think this saw will see much use and it probably would not be cost effective to put main bearings and seals in this saw.
