Ended up buying a complete 111S that I’ll use for parts. The wrist pin bearing wasn’t difficult but the thrust washers would need to be machined. Wasn’t able to find anything that met the specs so I bought some with the correct ID that needed to be machined down to size.Looking for a wrist pin bearing and two spacers for a 110/111/111S. Anyone got some spares or know where I can find one? I checked my 80 to see if it was the same and it's too small. The 111 wrist pin is 14mm.
Thanks very much!544 97 51-01

Would you be interested in selling the tanks?Ended up buying a complete 111S that I’ll use for parts. The wrist pin bearing wasn’t difficult but the thrust washers would need to be machined. I’ll be parting it out so the tanks will be for sale.Would you be interested in selling the tanks?
What are the casting numbers? Are the both Mahle?I found a couple cylinders today and I was wondering if anyone knows what they are for ?
The are both 52mm and I'm thinking a Jonsered because they came from an old dealer .
#1 on the left and #2 on the right
What are the casting numbers? Are the both Mahle?
Thanks very much!I agree that #1 is a Husqvarna 281/181.
#2 is a Jonsered 2077 / 2083II (same as Partner 7700 and Poulan Pro 475)
And why the 2083II is 77cc still irritates me.
Hi Ernie,I'm putting an carb kit in my 2188 and I've run into a problem.
The two Welsh plugs that came with the kit aren't the correct size ..ones to small and one to big .
My carb is a WJ-116 and the kit I ordered was a K10-WJ kit ..all the parts in the kit are correct but it's missing the Welsh plug I need .
Anyone know if this is the correct kit for this carb ?
Thanks very much!
Ernie
