I just ordered a Laser Pro bar 16" from cutters choice for my 3750. Has anybody used the laser pro bars without the replaceable sprocket nose? Homeowner use, nothing severe. Any feedback out there on the Laser Pro bar?

i would run from laser products as fast as i can. the little 16in bars they make for the ms 200s only last me about a week or 2 before the tips split apart. there 3/8lp chain snaps every other day.

Wow that bad. Wonder if the 3/8 16" bar for the 7/32 chain is that bad too. Guess I will call and see if I can change it to the GB bar with replaceable nose. Any feedback on that bar?

I have used gb and they make a good bar I thought it was a little higher quality then oregon or windsor but I like windsor and oregon to. I try to stay way from laser or arbor pro. I have a sabre on my ms 361 and one on my 066 I like those they do pretty well.

i just picked up a bunch of gb bars so i can't comment on them. my boss bought 6 laser bars i went through 3 of them in a little over a month. the stihl bars last me 6 months.

By laser bars...do you mean hardnose like the Oregon Laser Weld? I didn't know these were even available for the MS mount. I have run one on a mini homelite, buit that is teh extent of my experience, just trying to educate myself on what you all are talking about. If it is the hardnose, they are used a lot in my area by construction workers and pro saw users on the midisize Stihls. I've seen Duromatic E on an 046 plus Oregon laser weld bars on 038 Mags.

Laser Pro is a brand name being sold by Cutters Choice. Hope this clears up the confusion.

ok yes it does. I was going to say I had never heard of hardnoses being trash before! Certainly not Stihl, Oregon and Sandvik/Windsor
