Definitely, if the Walnut you pictured fruits this year. Send a few back this way, i'd love to see if i could get one going here. That's an excellent specimen.
 
Here's one, anybody know it just by the base. It's severely prone to failure at the base. Thus the reason this one needs to come out.

From the first pic I was going to say Aesculus hippocastanum Horse chestnut... but the second pic might swing me towards Nicks' Celtis occidentalis, Hackberry, tough pic though...

You both got it. The pics were of a Hackberry i removed last week. There was substantial visible trunk and root rot.

I rotated it, whether it's better or not, but you may like the exposure compensation and sharpening...
