The was a classic book on logging called "Holy Ole Makinaw". I believe the author was Stewart Holbrook. I can't find it with a search. I may be wrong on any of the spellings or even have the wrong author. Can anyone help?

I was hoping to find a used book seller that might have a copy of it. I believe it was republished in the 70s as a paperback.

I remember reading that years ago. Pretty interesting, about the history of logging from the east coast to the west.
Along the same lines does anybody know of a book or a movie by Ken Kesey. Never Give an Inch or Sometimes a Great Notion? Which is the book and which is the movie?
