Looking at becoming a faller in northen bc

I have a few questions about trying to become a faller. I live in north coast of bc. Is there a big demand for fallers up here? Im also 34 is that to old to try and get into falling? I know about the falling course is it mandatory to have? Is any good companys here to work for?
