Hey ya'll. I've been looking for the past week or so for a new limbing saw, but i just wanted some other input. I've pretty much got my mind set on the 346xp. But i've also been thinking about the 359 and even the dolmar 5100 ( but i'd like to stay with Husky). I have a 575, 361c, 3700, and (2)3400 and i'm just looking for something lighter and more nimble. Thanks for the help.

346xp is propably your best choice then, since its only for limbing...

ofc, 339xp would be a choice but it depends on what you want from limbing saw...

i'm just looking for something that a little easier to throw around but not under powered either. Some of the stuff i cut is above head level, the 361 makes quick work of it but not that it's a heavy saw, just looking for something lighter.

the 346 will do what you want. Its a good , light limbing saw:rockn:

I would be more serious about a Dolmar but there aren't any dealers around here and from what i've heard, you can't buy them over the internet either. But i am impressed with the 5100's specs. , but i like my huskys too.

346 is a great choice. we beat the :censored: out of them at work and they just keep coming back for more. If I cant cut it with the 346XP I have to move to the 7900(only 2 saws on my bucket truck). Here's a pic of them together, they both helped with the stump they're sitting on.
