I hate that. I had a Kershaw Blur knife that I've carried for 5 or 6 years, and somehow it jumped out of my pocket. I'm thinking when I pulled on my bibs it might have snagged the pocket clip and pulled it loose. I feel kinda naked without it, and keep touching my pocket out of habit to make sure its there, know what I mean. I hate to have to buy another one. Oh well.

Off topic, but I like your equipment list. All you need now is some chain saws and a bucket!

I'm feeling ya!
I lost my everyday carry a couple months back - a spyderco tasman salt on all serrated. Great little knife. I've been carrying round my endura to get me by but it just doesnt feel the same.

I'm currently lusting after a david boye basic 3 in dendritic cobalt. very tempting with the exchange rate as it is now. very nice looking knife.

Thanks. I'm slowly adding to my equipment and trying to avoid going into too much debt. I've got a very small two man tree care business. No bucket yet, all climbing & rigging. We also rely heavily on the loader.

I found my knife on the edge of my driveway this weekend, I think it did fall out from under my bibs. Of course, I already ordered a new one, same model with some kind of fancy sv30 steel blade. Oh well.

Lost one of my favorites in 2008. Sliding off a log in the redwoods, the clip caught and pulled it out.

Thats awful man, my favorite was a 5 dollar winchester, would cut through ropes by closing it on em. always check your pockets after you take a #2 squat, yeah no joke
