4 xxxx put me on my lips more than once... most of the supermarket beer here is 3.2%. You could just call it a shandy...

Hey non-south pacific users, - pop quiz - What's a shandy?

Come lets talk about Stihl opening a new production facility in China, i hear if ya can't beat them join them.

Mc Bob.

I think they have a factory stateside for me in Virginia Beach.

My question was about the Macs though. If you're going to hype the Mac, tell me what new models they have so I know what to ask for when I go to my neighborhood dealer. If I'm lucky, he'll put a new Mac on the log next to a new Stihl so I can try them both out. I'm interested in something that would be in the 90cc class or so.

Hey Bob, what do you mean by "Stihl Fella"?

"Fella" (say it with a lilt and a gesture of the hand...).

Sounds kind of limp-wristed to me.:laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

:D My thoughts exactly! Being originally from California, that picture opened my eyes. Then I remembered.... Oh, yeah. Most places the ground doesn't move around much. In California, we move mountains around.! :D

Na never heard of it must be a new chinese beer for your market.

A shandy is beer mixed with lemonade old chap and it no longer drank by real ,Aussies.

Hey, it was a pop quiz for everyone except you and me!

I unfortunately have to agree with you... anyone that mixes lemonade in good beer should be shot! Might have to go back to Fosters though - something about that pic from Ultra.

And for those of you that don't agree;

From Wikipedia The term shandy drinker is British slang for an effeminate or possibly homosexual male. The comes from the fact that a shandy is sweeter and less alcoholic than regular beer and is therefore seen as a 'girly' drink.

The above quote is exactly as published by Wikipedia... even the "girly" in quotes. So no beating me up about dredging up the past!
