Stihl 028 Super filter cover

Purchased a new air filter and a used filter cover. Don’t believe the cover will work with the filter. Seems like I have the wrong cover. Can I simply replace the cover screw or do I need the correct cover?

Remove the center nut from the air filter and your cover will work.

Yes they can be removed with minimal effort.
