Wouldn't be amazed if these japanese little saws all were similar underneath the plastic cover.

The notch at the back of the recoil cover looks like it could accommodate a handle that swept all the way to the rear too. Maybe it is a Echo variation, just a little more customized. Or maybe they're all buying them from some other company.

Maruyama does not produce saws in-house but sells Echo-made saws with Maruyama model numbers and colors. Parts should interchange 100% between Echo and Maruyama...
