I'm planning on taking the Massachusetts applicators test next month. I've heard its was kind of easy but I've also heard it was hard from some people. I bought the CORE study guide and I've been looking it over. I'm generally a good tester but I was wondering if anyone had advice or strategies for me in terms of studying.

Dont just galnce at that book. If oyu have no experience with chemicals or pesticide application it will not be easy by any means. I would def also look over the section about applying around schools, as the copy I took had a few questions that were very specific in it. If you have experience with chemicals, know families of chemicals modes of action etc then you shuld be alright, the rest is common sense. I had the luxury of takinga class in college called agricultural chemicals with avery talented professor, and he taught me far more then I ever needed to know about chemicals. Personally, I hate spraying and avoid it at all costs. Only reason i have it is for a few more bucks an hour.
