Okay, maybe not;) Tree jacks can be used for more than jacking trees :) I had to mount a receiver hitch on my pickup and this steel bar was bent down, preventing my hitch from touching the frame, so I used my jacks to bend it back a couple inches...this worked great!

The intended result:

There's probably a few other things that need to be bent back on the old "turtle" if you look hard enough, lol. Hope all's well - Sam

Thanks Sam...all is well. back atcha ;)

@fsburt...did not even register! I guess they are a little overkill for this duty considering together they are rated at 125 tons together :)

Lol that wont even get the needle to move much, and you can put em all the way to fast. Well as fast as they get Lol
They also work good for jacking up self propelled whole tree chippers to put the track back on.
A crew I was contracted to needed to put the track back on in the woods and was in a panic to find a jack to pick it up and all but called me a liar when I told them I had one in my truck.

For what they cost, they had better be able to pick up a house. . .

I wish I would have clicked a picture a while back when I used them to jack my Wifes little mini-van to change the oil and rotate the tires...it looked kinda funny!

Wow i would have thought maybe a little movement but that is just like lifting a feather for those jacks. Some of the pics in Jerry Beraneks Falling history book has some great shots of those jacks pushing on some huge Redwoods great book I highly recommend just for the pictures alone.
