I ran into something I haven't seen before.
Purchased a Tillotson HL-324 clone just to play with and while disassembling I noticed the metering diaphragm was stuck to the diaphragm cover as if someone used a very thin layer of spray adhesive. I still went forth and separated the metering diaphragm
1) Is this something you're supposed to do? (i.e replacing the metering diaphragm, rebuilds, maintenance etc) I can see the purpose in it
2) Is this common from the factories?
