Hi, I'm looking for a milling saw (~100+ cc). After a lot of research it seems like a stihl 075/076 might be around the right price that will fit my budget. (~$500 total with the mill as well!)

I don't mind having to do some tune up if needed to keep the price down but I need something working.

I'd prefer to be able to come look in person (in the bay area, CA) but am willing to deal remotely.

thanks!

Kevin

I'm open to other brands but am not familiar with them as far as models go. My budget is up a bit but still a constrained...
thanks!

The 051 is probably a little under what I'd like power wise (from what I've read anyway). Plus I passed one up locally recently... thanks for the offer though. :)

Anyone have any other ideas as far as other brands? I'm most familiar with stihl and I'm a little worried about parts for non stihl/husky but I'd be open still depending...

Maybe an old homey or mac maybe? Seems like parts can almost always be had to for reasonable money Unlike an 90,084 etc everything on them is made out of unobtainum and is paid for in gold buillon. All Im saying is widen your horizon you are in the right place for old saws and parts. I can also tell you that anything you get from William Balaska is going to be what he says I have dealt with him on some items before, One of the good ones here, just quite
