Anyone ever used a mini dozer? With a Pendulum hitch? It has a 16hp engine. Used by the Navy back in the 50's on the ship yard. This thing is great I wish I had a picture tp show. Cool rig!! Thanks, BB

AFAIK, the 35/50% of tip is an arbitrary thing mandated by SAE standards

Though I could be wrong, and have been before (just ask my wife!).:D

Im looking at a CASE with whats called a trash claw. Very simular to the new New Holland 190 with claw. Let me tell ya they will do the work of 10 men. The New Holland will lift about 1500 lbs almost 15 feet high. Wham! dump into truck! wham! GONE!
It will also feed a good 20 inch log 20 feet long into a 20 inch chipper.ha. No kidding
I think its about 20 grand thou :(
I think I have gone to long without sleep.

Forget all that stuff...Get a UNIMOG with all the attachments, chipper, grappel, boom, bucket etc. No tree service should be without one!:D

Things have been too slow right now. Also one on my new clients has a skidder, so I may not get enough use out of a loader right now.

Still waiting with a toe in the water.
