Do they even have paved roads over there??...Was just looking at the map....

Yes, we have far too many paved roads. Apparently it's against the law to shoot off of a paved road, so the DOT and DNR are working together to maximize fines.

We'll be coming back thru your neck of the woods on Monday-After a PACKER victory!!!!!!!!

Damn Strait! Anyone gonna be in the shop today? Got an axleshaft, might bring it up if I can get it worked on, otherwise little bro has a backwoods wrench bender that might do it for a box-o-beer.

WDchuck too.................................

Just got a PM from wdchuck, sounds like he just noticed this thread and might make the trip.

50cc Shootout

If you are planning on running a saw in the shootout send me a pm with what you need for chain. I do have a couple small mount bars that we can switch between husky and jred and dolmar if we want to run a comparison of 3/8 vs .325. I think I can get a 3/8 bar to fit a 260 also if need be.

If anyone is coming from the Milwaukee area I can send some sweet treats or my special chili up to you guys.

Maybe hubby & I can make the GTG next year. :)

Shari

In the shootout, is there a class for recoiless saws?

I'm entering the WildThing.

Maybe in a class by itself?

The 028 may need a 5100 to mentor it on how to cut wood.

Celebrity among us?

Hey Grandpa,

I was watching the Red Green Show last night, and part way through they showed a group of fans that went up there. The group was from Grantsburg, Wi.

The guy standing on the very end looked like it could be you 10-15 years ago.

Was it?

sorry gpt only got a 16" er!!:greenchainsaw:

I love that show, but it wasn't me. Actually my wife likes it too, but she hates to admit it.

how bout a chainsaw chucking contest...... see who can throw a poulan the furthest. Winner has to take it home.

With all this rain I may not be able to make it up, field work has to come first but I'll give it a good try to get there. If not I'll send up a 066 and 660 to play with
