Modded 020T???

I never thought I would say this ( Geofore is gonna get me on this one ) ...........but..........since I 've got the modded saw bug real bad I am thinking of having Dozerdan powerport a Stihl 020T. This 020T is a pre-EPA saw that has full carb adjustment. It has been sitting in its box for a few years now. I wouldn't have the money layout for a new saw either. I need another modded saw like a hole in my head ( let alone a climbing saw ) but for sh!ts and giggles I thought this would be a good candidate! Any comments? Thanx, Rich.

Ken Dunn modded several 020Ts and his main comment was that the saw picks up 50% over stock from just having the muffler opened up alone, as it has one of the most restricted stock mufflers on any saw ( even pre-EPA models ). I think you'd do real well to send it to one of those guys.

After you busted my b@lls for having a modded trim saw, you're going to love having one and I won't look so crazy for having one. You'll like the less weight, when you don't have to take a big saw up in the tree as often. The bug done bit you, get it modded.
