More cutting this past weekend at my log pile.

Worked several hours this past weekend cutting at my log pile, starting to make a dent in it. Cut all day Saturday, split all day Sunday.

So how do you go about attacking that? At the front or from the side then in?

I would be making very slow progress in that as I went if that's what I was dealing with.

I had some not cool experiences last year while cutting with rounds under foot.

So, one of my new rules is cut then clear out, rinse repeat.

I just take my time, kinda check out what I am going to cut, use the tractor to drag some out for easier cutting. The next day I split it and clean up to start again.
