MS 390 airfilter

I always vacuum my filter clean. But was wondering if its designed to be replaceable? I wouldn't think so, because there is a lot of plastic on it. Is the only way to clean that particular filter with a vacuum?

Just wash it with soapy water,,, most of them open up @ the bottom, hinged @ the top and hit it lightly with compressed air from the inside out or let it just sun dry, then snap it back together and you are done!!!!!!!!!!
