MS151 chain options.

I have a MS151 top handle that I use the majority of the time because it's so light weight. I have bad elbows and my old 026 is too heavy for much cutting.
The only complaint about the MS151 is that it cuts slow. It has the PM3 1/4" chain. My 026 has ran the 3/8" yellow chain for 30 years.
What other chains can I put on the 151 that will cut faster? Would I have to change the bar and/or the sprocket?
I can find a 3/8 PS3 but not a 1/4 PS3 Thanks

That's because there is no PS/PS3 in 1/4", its 3/8" low profile only.
