MS200T combustion chamber pattern

Anyone know what these markings are at the top of a 200T head are? And how they effect squish setting?

If your referencing the bosses near the edge, they are from the mold.

At first they seem to be like separate material, like an insert. But of course this is a single casting, not a sleeved bore. I could just about make out a v. v. slight height diff to the rest of the CC, so they will be of no consequence in the squish set.

It may not seem much, but those bosses do protrude out a bit. Definitely by a couple of thou'. So I'm wondering whether when I'm checking for squish clearance, should I be taking those clearance in between those and the piston into consideration?
