I do not know. It is mentioned in the owner's manual, but no part # is given. So you might want to find it in your manual and bring that to the dealer...

Did you check the ice dispenser bucket on the 361? Maybe it's full.

Mine dispenses hot coffee or coco once I flip the shutter to winter, your saying they still make ice and ice water in the winter? (I need to check that out, how convent of them to think of that)

Have you tried it? The brochure says hot coffee, but it turns out to be tepid instant Folgers.

You need to put cream in the bar oil and switch to a paddle chain, then you can whip up a mean cappuccino.

Yes, before you muff-mod them, of course. Turn a 361 loose and it's pure Arbuckle's simmering on a campfire hot!

And cures cancer, many have found.
