Ms362-Z Very Hard to Start

I've tried all the usual tricks including starting fluid. Compression is strong. Spark is strong with spark tester, medium strong on the tiny bosch plug.

Would check to see if choke is fully closing but not obvious how to remove that black plastic in front of carb intake. Yes filter is off.

Suggestions appreciated?

Besides Bosch R10, what other plug are you using
