Yea, yes, yes. Something I've been waiting for. Not been too interested in much of late - this has re-kindled the flame.

Randy, When you take stuff out the transfer bridge, how thin do you go?

That nice!!! I'll tell ya what, after watching that video that wild cherry isn't the only thing that is hard, lol! So now for some questions! ( I know I know what you guys are thinking " oh no that this stupid question guy again" sorry please bare with me, because I'm just trying learn!)lol. So first things first. What are you charging for a kit like this with the same work? Are you using the meteor rings or others? Can you post a vid of a oem hybrid cutting in a similar situation? Ok now for the last one. Just out of curiosity what was the squish at stock with no base gasket?

how did it feel for tourque compared to the 460's you normally do ?

This small chunk ain't gonna tell me too much Brian. I'll take it in the woods with a 28" on it as soon as we go cut again. I can say that it sounds really good.......

The fully ported kit is 400.00

I use the rings in the kit. Meteor pistons come with Caber rings and they are really good rings. I also use the clips in the kit. Some older kits that have been on the shelf awhile may have the older style clips but the newest have great Stihl type clips.

I don't have a stock hybrid here. I can run it against a ported 461. :msp_sneaky:

That would be interesting to watch!

A 28 inch bar against a 461 would be a good test,if its close would be impressive for sure

It seems to be as good as my "normal" 460. At least it has the throttle response and sound it should have. I'll have to find something to cut tomorrow you know. :msp_biggrin:

Hopefuly this build will change how people view the aftermarket,i see positive stuff in the future

I see no reason to pay 300.00 for an OEM jug if it's gonna be ground to hell and back anyway. There isn't any port edges in this jug in the stock location except the bottom of the upper transfers. The squish is cut, as is the base. All that's left is the bore.........and believe me that plating is freaking tough.
