So I got a question and this probably ain't the right place to ask it (I'm new to this site) I log for a living for the last four years for my self and I have run a lot of different saws before finding my favorite (ms460, ms461) all three of mine are stock besides dual port mufflers and I'm wondering about how a ported saw will hold up cutting timber day in and day out. I want to try one I'm about an hr from mastermind saw shop but if they won'tlast I don't need one ???

You're right, wrong place to ask...the Chainsaw forum would be better. But...Mastermind does fine work. If you want it mildy ported...and that's what I'd recommend for logging...he can do it. You won't be disappointed.

As to your other post...neither the saw or the wrap handle is sold yet.

Ok sorry wasn't trying to hijack thread. Let me know if the 3/4 handle doesn't sell to the other gentleman I'm interested.

i know that handle will for sure fit a 460, and i think a 440 too but not tried that.
tnlogger, i am running a ported 660 in big hardwood, you will never go back. PM me if ya want.
