Took and modified the muffler on my 038M a tad today, heres what I have so far...

I welded it on with a mig and used a mill to blast a hole in the mufler.

Heres where I am kinda stuck, what do I do with the baffle in the back of the muffler? and should I put anything in the front? I already cut the one off the front half...

You have to type it in html code and you must have your picture uploaded on the web somewhere- but its simple once you do that

First of all you have to have a picture uploaded some where on the web... then you get the URL for the picture and put that in the following format- if you don't have a web host to host your picture- it will not work... type the following- and add a < in front of the code and then a > at the end. You will not see the html with the < > added- just the pic thats what tell the system that your doing a little html...
This may not be clear but give it a try

img src=[http//:www.yourpictures.com/pic.jpg]

for example where the information contained in the [] is the URL to your picture preceded by a < and then a > at the end no spaces either

oh yeah omit the [ ] in the code

great looking saw here ehh !!

nice pic jsikkema1...Eric is that you?. I've talked to chainsawworld about GB bars and read your posts on them... but... that bar is orange. Now don't get me wrong, you'd think someone from TENNESSEE could deal w/the color orange, but, I don't know. Just looking at the pic, I would have a hard time keeping a cut level with that. Now that's just me, and ya'll should know by now that all 6 cans are there, but the plastic thingy is missing.

Martinsville, south of indy, sure you have heard of the little villa lol

I disagree, I think 8 pipes are better than 1 or 2.....but if that is out of the question then your answer is 2 pipes and shorter than what you have shown...that being said, nice looking saw.

Why shorter pipes? I have them both about that long to carry the fumes and heat homefully away from my plastic chainbrake handle....
