The trees are scotch pine and they are on a 7' grid in the field. The largest is about 12" dia and the avg is about 7" dia. Would anybody in the business be interested in these trees or am I out of luck? They are a fire hazard and ugly so I want them gone. I'm keeping the Norway spruce and frasier fir. Any input is appreciated. Thanks

scotch pine deserve to be cut and the mill likes them just fine! There should be a reputable logger in your area, or you can sell direct to the papermill- new paige has buyers out your way, might want to wait until fall now because of upcoming bug season as a dry year could create an infestation depending on weather conditions.

Volume might be a concern, but someone will want the wood.

Thanks for your reply lmbrman....I have been trying to look up anyone in my area but, it seems I'm not looking in the right spot. I think most of the lumber mills are up north of me.
