That kick back issue can be fixed. Use higher octane gas or if you use lowest octane set the flywheel to full retard against the key. Timing and fuel burn time are directly related. They have to work together.
 
Tyler, just tell me what octane gas you will use and I'll set your timing to work. If you use higher than 89, then you'll want the key filed for more advance.
 
Ill be running standard 87 octane Lynn. Unless you think i should run higher. Do what you think is best and let me know.
