My muffler rotted out!! Help!

Does anyone out there have a muffler to fit a MacCulloch 440? I think a muffler from a 250,380, 450,1-53, or a 1-60 are all about the same as mine. I don't want to ruin my saw by going without and it's going to be awhile before I can get a new one made. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it!!!

About any of them would,or should fit.A 250 is really just a little stub that sticks out.You could most likely get the entire saw for what the muffler would cost from e-bay.You might,however,try Randy Duncan[sells parts on e-bay,or Bobs lawnmower repair in Maryland New York,for just the muffler.
That old war horse will run fine without one but will blow the wax out of your ears and make dogs howl 3 miles away.
