I notice that the bore on the 707 is the same as the 1020 series. (100cc). I have to wonder is parts cross over. Are all those 2.1875 Bore Homelites using different piston? Or has there been enough "parts bin" engineering to be able to mix and match a bit. What about top ends? They look (without tearing ALL those saws apart) similar enough to believe its possible. I haven't measured the bolt pattern at the cylinder base to see or measure the case to cylinder flange area to see if there is a match. Does anyone have parts manuals enough to know how much interchange is possible (Between the 707-77series Homelites and 1000 series Homelites). My parts list for a 1020 has the part number for a piston as: Piston & Rings: A-69189-A
Piston Rings alone: 56291
Connecting Rod: A-69170
Wrist Pin Bearing: 59606
Cylinder: A-69712-A
Base Gasket: 64453

I don't have a parts list for 707-G
