Need a reliable person to port my ks cylinder on my 262xp

Like I said I need someone who really knows how to actually port and polish cylinders. Last time I sent out a cylinder I might as well burned my cash. If anyone can or knows anyone please let me know.

I can't port a cylinder without knowing what the timing is and if it's having base gasket removed also will need muffler mod, intake ported and carb ported and might need case work
for best results.
