Need help with ms291 upgrade

Ok guys, I need info, help, etc, I have an ms 291, I want to upgrade it, piston, cylinder, carb, muffler, and anything else you all think I need for optimum performance. I don’t care about fuel efficiency, I just want more power!

PS. It’s not my favorite or my first choice, but it’s what I’m working with at the moment, my 362 c, got ran over by the bobcat on a jobsite, not my fault….( let one of the guys use it for the day, he set it on the trailer when he went to help on of the crew load the cat and the driver obviously couldn’t see that he set it down right in front of the trax.

Port the cylinder that's on it, put a big opening in the muffler and advance the ignition timing a hair, then readjust the carb.
They sell an aftermaket bb cylinder for it but it's slower than stock.

Ok, so I don’t really need to change out anything? I just need to modify what’s on it?
