My neighbor got a new saw last week.

A Stihl 056 AV Super with a 36" bar that a friend told him to take it.



This thing is AWESOME!!!!!!

Its balance with the 36" is waaaay better than my 394 and 36". I used it for about 2 hours today. Great saw that just hogged through the wood.

I had a 056 it was a good old saw, we had a silver maple in the back yard, very close to the house we were renting. I called the owner asked if i could trim the tree back a little. I heard his wife say, ''cut it down'', so, he told me, wife said cut it down. So, i climbed the tree, used the 056 to do just that. It was a little awkward with that saw, but, got it done. The tree was about 18'' across the stump. We eventually bought the house, and still live in it today.

I gave my buddy a Poulan saw that has been sitting in a case in the barn for at least 10 years. He wanted something to mount on his Razor. He put gas in it and it started on the 3rd pull, damn piece of crap, when I had it the darn thing would never start. Oh well at least it's gone my Stihls only have the crappy huskys to look down at now.
